Once the order has been placed, it is delivered within a maximum period of &#8220;4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) in Spain&#8221;, except in the case of force majeure not attributable to this company. The condition is that the product and its packaging are in perfect condition. In this case, after receiving the returned product, we will immediately credit you the amount, but not the shipping costs. Of course, you can also exchange or return any product that has arrived incorrectly or in poor condition. What you will have to do is very simple: we will send you by email a &#8220;returns slip&#8221; that you will have to print and put in a package, opaque and well protected, together with the product and all its accessories. A carrier will come to your home to collect the product within two working days.
