1. How to buy in El Valle del Conde C.B.
Before placing an order, the user must select the order, and it is very important to check the characteristics and the final price of the order.

The characteristics of the products and their prices will be displayed on the screen. The articles will be available for sale while stocks last. The prices shown on the screen are in euros, include VAT and are those in force.

2. Formalisation of the order
The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon. The desired number of units of each selected item must be selected.
The shopping cart shows the reference of the chosen item, its name, the units and the price, in euros (taxes included). The price shown does not include the cost of transport, the rates of which vary depending on the method, weight and shipping zone selected.
In order to make a purchase, the user’s personal details will be required if he/she has not previously registered. The personal data provided will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and to facilitate the completion of new purchases through the website. Users’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of our privacy policy. The user will be able to access, at any time, to the personal data provided and to the information of the orders placed.
El Valle del Conde C.B. reminds users that they must provide accurate personal data to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the order and the items purchased.
In addition, if expressly requested by the user, he/she will receive information and publications from El Valle del Conde C.B. by post.
3. Completion of the purchase
Once the purchase order has been completed, and before sending the order, the user will be shown a summary of the order identifying the item/s purchased, the total price (transport and taxes included) with each of the items broken down, and the shipping details of the order, so that the user can confirm the order by clicking on the button with the expression “Confirm payment”.
Purchases may be paid for using the options given in the “Shipping and payment methods” section. Payment methods other than those specifically provided for in these conditions will not be accepted.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be communicated via the website. An e-mail message will also be sent to the address indicated by the user, with a description of the order and the personal details provided. If you do not receive this message, we advise you to contact us to locate the incident as soon as possible.
Payment methods
The prices on this website are in Euros and include indirect taxes (V.A.T.).
In accordance with the Value Added Tax Law, El Valle del Conde C.B. is obliged to charge this tax, at the rate in force at any given time, on all products delivered in Spain, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
For deliveries made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the corresponding taxes and duties will be applied in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories, which the customer must pay at the AEAT customs office if required to do so. Customs expenses will always be paid by the customer.
For intra-Community purchases, those customers who are duly registered in the Register of Intra-Community Operators will be exempt from tax.
All purchases can be made by debit/credit card, bank transfer or via Bizum Web.
There are three ways to pay an order:
Credit/debit card
You can use most major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express…) to pay for your order. We take security very seriously, so your details will be safe with us. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud, and we remind you not to give out your card details via email, fax or social media.
In the event that the payment method chosen by the user is by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data communicated are correct.
BIZUM
Bizum is a mobile application that allows payments and collections between individuals, for cases in which intermediaries do not have cash and without the need to know the bank account number of the recipient of the payment.
Bank transfer
By selecting bank transfer as payment method you will receive with the confirmation of your order, an email where you will receive the account number to make the bank transfer to the name of El Valle del Conde C.B. All the expenses derived from making the payment by bank transfer will be charged to the customer.
Purchases paid by bank transfer will be confirmed and processed for shipment once the amount of the order has been received in our account. It is important to indicate in the subject the number of the order, as well as the personal data of the user who is making the purchase (name and surname), and to make the bank transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it. If after the indicated term, El Valle del Conde C.B. has not received the corresponding amount, the order will be cancelled.

Once payment has been received in our bank account, the order will leave our warehouse.
If you wish to request an invoice, it is necessary to contact us, indicating the details and reference number of the order. The deadline for requesting an invoice is 15 calendar days after delivery of the order.

Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If at the time of issuing the order we detect that there is no stock in our warehouses of any of the products included in it, El Valle del Conde C.B. will try to locate the item. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount of the item charged and not sent will be paid in the following days to the customer, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.
Right not to accept an order
El Valle del Conde C.B. may cancel any order or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:
- In the event of a technical error and/or a typographical error in the prices or in the rest of the data of the products contained on the website when the order was placed.
- Due to lack of availability as described in point 4.5.
- When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
- There are reasons that indicate that the user is a minor.
- El Valle del Conde C.B. has not been able to deliver the order to the address provided.
El Valle del Conde C.B. will reimburse in full the amounts that have been paid.
