The main product we obtain from our farm is the extra virgin olive oil of our brand ANCESTRAL.

ANCESTRAL is the name of our oil because it comes from a way of doing things that reminds us of the practices and knowledge of our ancestors, when they cultivated their olive groves in a natural way, since there were no chemical products at that time.

That is why we have chosen the word ANCESTRAL because we believe it perfectly defines the work we are doing through Regenerative Agriculture.

Our oils are early harvested, certified organic and grown with Regenerative practices.

They are expressive and balanced in organoleptic nuances but, most importantly, they are much more nutritious and healthier oils than those obtained in any other type of agriculture.

We are sure that our increasingly balanced and rich soils and our meadows provide all these connotations described above, making our ANCESTRAL Aove unique in its kind due to our way of doing things.
